Cue the "How did this kid not make it?" and so on and so forth. The First Team All-State would be a decent college team by itself.

Maybe a final four team down the road if you kept that group together.

Seems the smaller schools don't get much love, even for honorable mention
The Vollmer kid from Laconia was the player of the year in the flyway.
That doesn't even merit honorable mention?
Also, where is the Beirdon(spell) kid from Germantown?
Thought he was considered on of the best of the best
Were those Germantown players penalized for the off the court stuff?

Seems odd that so many Germantown players have D-1 scholarships and NONE
make the 4 all-state teams

Pretty sure athletic code violations take you out of consideration.

Based on their Player of the Year last year, it must not automatically take you out of consideration.

As always, consider who nominated/voted from each area when looking at snubs.

Seeing how they were allowed to play in the state tourney, it seems logical
to think they WOULD be considered for all-state.
They apparently served the required penalty.
Sense when does the media have their own 'codes'???

Looks more like a media 'snub' to me.
I guess I would like to see it in writing what parameters takes a player out of consideration.
I highly doubt the group that picks these players has anything in writing about
not considering a player, UNLESS they get kicked off the team.
Those guys from Germantown played in the D-1 state tourney, so they
obviously weren't kicked off the team

The suspended Germantown players were not considered for All-Conference, why would they be considered for All-State? Seems a pretty logical step.

I congratulate the Brown Deer coach on getting the AP coach of the year award and well deserved and am I in no way saying he wasn't deserving, but I would have thought Blair-Taylor's head coach Randy Storlie would have had at least a nomination as he took an 8-13 team from last year to 19-3 reg season and brought them through a tough sectional all the way to go to the D4 championship game and a silver ball. Randy's record is 481 wins and 261 losses. I would have thought he would have been at least nominated. That's the way it goes sometimes I guess. I congratulate the Brown Deer coach and all the coaches that were nominated. I can't wait until the 2015 season!
