So how did the first night of conference go? Any scores/updates?

Wisco won 44-47 (or was it 54-57?) on a three-pointer by Brandon Whiteside at the buzzer.

Exciting game.

JSOnline has some scores up. Hartford beat Cooney by 15 ... looks like they were in control the whole way.

That Wisco/East game sounds like it was a good one.

I think the Wisco game was 55-52, rediculous ending..Wisco did not play like the 3rd best team in the area, and no dunks!!! I was disappointed!

It was 57-54. East played probably the best game they'll play all year...they shot the lights out. Wisco played extremely well for the first 5 minutes and extremely poorly after that. Whiteside hit a 3 at the buzzer to win it; he had a very good game, 20 points I think. Wisco always seems to have trouble playing up at West Bend, it was nice for them to come out of there with a win on a night when they definitely didn't play their best ball.

The south gym at West Bend has a wood floor, not very much seating though.

I think that's because they aren't used to playing on a rubber court that has no grip. []

Has West Bend considered getting an updated floor, such as a nice wood floor? That rubber floor really needs to go. It's not the 70's anymore.

Ha, I'm pretty sure every team hates playing at West Bend.

Dang, that sucks.

But you'd still think that they'd have to consider it again eventually.

I can't believe they are STILL playing on that stupid rubber floor. I can still see the scars on my knees from the floor burns. And that was almost 25 years ago!
Without officials, it would just be recess!
