Let's hear it. What lift do you hate the most? Personally mine (like many others I'm guessing) is squat. A good squat set takes so much out of you. Single-leg squat comes in a moderately close second. This is not to say I don't do these every leg workout, just that I hate them.

squats are my favorite, nothing beats a good squat work out. my least favorite would have to be jesus walks. its a walking lunge for 30 yards and back using a safety squat bar. 3 sets with 2 min rest. most likely will be the last lift of the day

I love Clean. My least favorite is bench:/. It just doesn't give you that accomplished feeling like that of squat and Clean.

Least favorite exercise to do while I'm actually doing it is rear lateral raises. You have to stay totally focused throughout the course of each rep and keep strict range of motion...plus it's not a very natural movement or position for your shoulders. It just feels awkward.

I deadlift once a week regularly but once a month after my last set of 6, I'll then do four sets of 2 with that same weight with very brief intervals between sets. I'm definitely the most sore after doing that than any other lift...my forearms, shoulders, traps, and hamstrings burn for a good 4 or 5 days after.

Clean exercises. Sprained my wrist almost a year ago from today and it hurts to get my elbows out far and bend my wrist when I catch the weight. Before that I really didn't have a problem with any lifts.

I'm a powerlifter which includes squat, bench, and deadlift. I least favorite and worst lift is deadlift. My best squat was 730 and my best deadlift was only 600. That's a big margin, also it tears up my hands and hurts my back.
