I've been trying to figure out how to do a good push jerk and one thing that I just can't figure out right now is the rack position. When holding the bar in the rack position, am I supposed to have my elbows as far up and out as I can get them? Or should my elbows be just slightly in front of the bar but more underneath? I've been watching a ton of videos on it and some people do it with their elbows up and out really far. Other do it slightly out front and more underneath. Can anyone justify or explain which is right? Thanks.
