Hey guys I'm looking to get a little advice here. I'm looking to purchase some protein shake that I can substitute for a meal maybe in the morning or at lunch time. I'm not really looking for it to really gain any muscle mass, I'm more looking to try and get my diet in check. I've heard a few good things about the stuff that Bill Romanowski is pushing. I'm thinking about giving The Lean 1 product that he has on his website a shot but I figured I would come here and see if anyone has input on this product or a different one.

I went through a jug of BSN Syntha 6 as a meal substitution at work 2/3 days a week for a few months. It kept me "full". I also had a bananna and a granola bar spaced throughout the day.
