Trying to get some life into this forum thought maybe a lil week by week Pick'Em could help

Elcho/White Lake vs. Wausaukee
could end up being a great game between two teams that need a big win to start the season. The underdog has to have its day sooner or later

Oconto vs. Peshtigo
The stud at QB for Oconto really gives them the advantage against a defense that struggled last year and look to be only slightly better this year. P-Towns offense could make the game close.

Crandon vs. Lena/STAA
The Titans rolled over them last year and look to do the same this year with their power running game if the team can find a decent passing threat they could really scare alot of teams and run the table.

Suring vs. laona/Wabeno
This is going to be the upset of the first week. Suring's surge last year might have just been a lil lightning in a bottle

Bonduel vs. Crivitz
This could be a very long night for a young crivitz team. A freshman at running back is a tough thing to overcome.

Two Rivers vs. Coleman
This game should be over early expect alot of backups racking up yards for coleman

Three Lakes vs. Gillett
The pass defense of Gillet will be put to the test if they defend it they will win

Ooops. Looks like later.

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me, than a frontal lobotomy.

Just a guess here: Two Rivers' enrollment is 676, while Coleman's is just 234, almost a 3x difference. I realize Two Rivers has struggled in the past several years, but they also play in the highly competitive Eastern Wisconsin Conference. A better barometer for Coleman may be next week against a more similar-sized, but dangerous Oconto team.

I understand they were playing a much bigger school but that dosen't always matter, they were still playing a team that has won 11 games in the past 7 years and only 1 in the past three years. I thought very highly of coleman coming into this season possibly being a top 5 team in their division. They will have a very tough game next week against Oconto and the possibility of starting the season 0-2.

Coleman, being in Division 6, would have a very hard time cracking the top 5, with the likes of tradition-laden powers Edgar and Stratford holding court there. It also doesn't help that they play in the M&O, a relatively unknown conference statewide because of both it's location and overall size. Yes, losing to Oconto to start off the season 0-2 is a very real possibility, as rumors have it that their QB Ruechel is getting seriously looked at by Wisconsin, Northwestern, Army, Iowa State, and Pennsylvania just to name a few. Should at least be a closer game than Oconto's 34-6 thrashing of Peshtigo. If Coleman comes out and plays hard, who knows what'll happen.
