Just thought I'd let everyone who still comes around here know about the MyFitnessPal app. Has an incredibly large database with millions of different food items across many different brands. Makes it much easier to track your calories, macros, and micros. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a food journal/diary to help them make changes to their diets.

I use it all the time. It's a great app. If I have one complaint, it's that they need to condense the food section. There are like 100 different variations of the same food.

I used to utilize this app a lot a few years ago. It is a wonderful tool, especially for those starting to track what they eat. I'm kind of a freak about calories and nutrition so I just do it in my head now.

I state this as I'm on my way to eating another doughnut today. Gotta love treat day!

I've used it for a few weeks and I enjoy it in detailing which food(s) are healthier in certain areas.
