Joe Tuttle of Nekoosa threw a no hitter last night vs Mosinee.

Thanks. Couple interesting things about that:

1) Nekoosa turns the tables after getting no-hit by Wausau East back on April 12th.

2) Mosinee's Kody McHugh took the loss, allowing 1 run on 3 hits. He threw a no-hitter just last week.

Oshkosh West's Kevin Biesinger threw a no-hitter tonight in a 6-1 defeat of Neenah. I would hate to see what his pitch count was as he walked seven batters while striking out 14.

Fox Valley Lutheran's Ryan Radue throws his second consecutive no-hitter Monday night against Appleton Xavier. In the 5-inning game shortend due to the 10-run rule, Radue recorded all 15 outs via strikeout. This is his second straight start without allowing a hit, as he threw a 5-inning Perfect Game against Winneconne last Thursday (May 10th) when the Foxes beat the Wolves 10-0.

If you go back three starts, Radue has given up just one hit in 18 innings, as he carried a no-hitter into the 8th inning in a 1-0 loss to Freedom May 5th.

I would think a kid going to UCONN on a baseball scholarship might make a good "Leading Off" story with starts he has been making this month.

Already contacted Coach Kolander this morning and just waiting for him to get back with some responses to the list of questions I sent. Look for a feature story tomorrow hopefully.

And he is such a nice guy, too. Don't count out 3 in a row []

Lucas Willis of Grantsburg threw a no-no yesterday in the Sectional Semi-final against Chequamegon.

As for prove....I was there! He hit a batter in the 6th otherwise would have been perfect.
