Has anyone ever watched Grinnell play before? Do they even try to play any defense?

I've seen them play a few times now over the last 5-ish years. They actually press incredibly hard, but once you break the press and advance past half court, they pretty much let you score so that they can set up their offense. If you ever get the chance to watch it, go. Just watching them sub in a new 5 every 30-45 seconds is amazing. I've watched them play at Lawrence a couple times in the past and at Carroll last year. The Carroll students really gave Taylor a tough time. That was neat. It's really something to watch and incredibly exciting, though it can be kind of brutal when they aren't hitting their 3's.

So, to clarify, Jack Taylor is averaging 90 pts per game after 2 games this season ..... []

Oftentimes Grinnel goes into games trying to set certain records. I wonder if they are trying for a new season score record.
