With the WIAA backing 8-man for this season is there any possibilities that Indianhead schools that have football teams before having to drop it resurrecting their programs?

I know a few Indianhead schools played football a few decades ago and they are....

Mellen
Drummond
Solon Springs (co-oped with Northwood for a while)
Bayfield (Co-oped with Washburn back a while then last year)

Any others? Thoughts?

The old Chequamegon Forest League (1960's) consisted of Washburn, Mellen, DePadua of Ashland, South Shore, Solon Springs, and Minong. Washburn was the dominant team. I think they once went about 4 years without a loss, but there were no play-offs then. I remember beating a couple of Lakeland teams in non-conference games, along with everyone else in our league, yet we still lost to Washburn.
I don't remember Drummond ever having a team, nor did Ondossagon, who would have had a lot of big, strong farm kids. Both those teams could have been pretty solid, as they always had good athletes.
