First:

OWest vs Neenah with the winner => flip a coin (I will go out on a limb and say Neenah)

Kimberly vs Kauk with the winner => flip a coin (I will guess Kimberly)

Flip a coin again on the Finals here (I will guess Neenah - to "shock" all)

Next:

AEast vs Bayport with the winner => Bayport

Hortonville vs Preble with the winner => Hortonville

Hortonville is on a mission from god (with all their seniors)

Good luck to all though! :-)

She's got a lumbar fracture - acute one though - best version of back problem to have (according to the UW-Madison experts).

Too many reps on hard surfaces during a winter that would just never end....

Then an inaccurate diagnosis had this condition perpetuate into this season too long. (ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!!)

She'll be ramping slowly into action this summer and hopefully back for Senior year in FVA for her last HS splash :-)

We're just on pins & needles with her verbal offer though...... Hopefully they will still honor it,.... we'll see.....

Take care y'all.

Slinger busted your bracket!

They sure did!

Congrats to them.

They must have somehow figured out how to conquer that riseball..... Let me guess Slinger did "short-ball"?

No idea. All I saw is that Neenah had a couple of errors that let a few runs in. No quotes in the paper. Big surprise because I thought Neenah was playing very well and thought they'd get a higher seed going into the tourney.

I was there and Neenah had several errors (4) that cost them, including a 2 out dropped 3rd strike were the batter ended up at 3B with 2 runs scoring. 2 of the 6 hits Slinger had left the infield so your guess would be right about small ball. Neenah's pitcher had 11Ks - rise worked just fine. Credit Slinger for taking advantage of what was given and keeping Neenah's hitters off balance and off the bases.

Sure can, just as soon as you are ready to eat it yourself!!!! [afro]

Ironic that you "disappear" for quite some time after looking like a fool saying Appleton East's loss to Kaukauna meant nothing as they were still FVA Champions..... Yet, the FACT is the Patriots ended up finishing a game behind Oshkosh West in the FVA standings while the Wildcats won the conference title. Guess that game ended up meaning something afterall!!!!

Funny how you are quick to return and toot the Appleton East horn some more when they win though!!! []

Never denied it. I found the elephant eating speech quite amusing!! [rotfl]

Nobody has really addressed Central's under performance the last two years. Or are they just not very good?

Predictions for next year for the Red Raiders yet? [headbang]

I guess Central facebooker Arlyn Reekie was right when he posted "it doesn't get much better than this" after Central won it's regional game. [:-]
