Saw this on my computer this am and it brought back so many memories(good and bad) from the 1960's/1970's. Amazing that Manson lived to be 83. I was in VietNam in 1969 when this all went down. I still have a 3 page letter that my sister sent me, telling me what happened. I simply couldn't even fathom it at that time.  The 'summer of love' and the hippie movement were just not on many farm boy's from Wisconsin minds in those days. I have since read about everything about the Manson saga and still find it amazingly weird.
