Kind of a tail of 2 teams already today.

1st possession - Terrible - run down the shot clock with perimeter passing, Davison ends up taking a terrible step back, one footed fade away, offensive rebound, but then another short range miss.  Indiana runs out, attacks the hoop in transition and gets to the line.

But better possessions now.  Example - on the rebound, ball is not walked up but up the sideline with a little tempo, Ford penetrates from the wing and draws the defense.  Reuvers gets his feet set and takes a wide open 3 - miss - but King is able to blow in for a put back.

A couple later, early in the clock, instead of perimeter pass off the swing, Pritzel passes to the wing from the top of the circle and then back cuts his man to the hoop and gets fouled.

It would really be interesting to see a shooting % in the 20-10 second portion of the shot clock vs. 10-0.  Too many contested shots at the end of the clock and the guys taking them, Trice and Davison, are not good shooters right now.  Early offense from others serves this team far better than late clock forces by those two.

Badgers are apparently a top 15 team at home and a top 150 team on the road...

As pointed out, this team is far better when it plays with pace and someone else other than Trice or Davison get shots.  It will be real interesting to see how satisfied they are with this.  A couple of times yesterday, Davison was clearly hunting his shot and wasn't going to give it up.  Early in the second half, he catches at the top of the circle and puts his head down and goes right.  Help comes, he somehow dribbles through and throws up a wild one hander.  Standing all alone on the wing was Pritzel.  Hopefully that doesn't continue.

The best lineup yesterday was having Anderson and Prizel on the court along with King, Reuvers, and Ford.  Anderson is not a starter and at times looks out of control, but he isn't worried about getting his shot and does a good job of probing off the dribble.  When the balls goes in the basket it makes a difference, but the fact those shots were coming earlier in the clock is what people have been calling for.  Now, lets hope they don't revert back Wednesday in New Jersey.

There was some talk about the ball in New York giving the players issues. Not that I'm buying that, but it is interesting with how good offensively this team seems to be at the KC.

Need to find that sort of comfort on the road.

I like having a pg that is unselfish and wants to set up his teammates more than himself.

Badgers go on the road and lose. Rinse, repeat.

They shot better from deep, but struggled with Rutgers' physical play.

This isn't good enough. When will it be again?
