#2 Wisconsin defeated #18 Purdue in the regular season finale, Friday night at the UW Fieldhouse, 25-18, 25-19 and 25-15, to win their first outright Big 10 Women's Volleyball Championship since 2001. Bucky finished 19-1 in conference play and stand at 28-2 on the season, overall.

The Lady Lions are certainly the hurdle UW has to eventually get over, on the court and in their heads.
