Germantown at Brookfield East - For how lowly Germantown's offense is, their defense is outstanding and has gotten them all the way to the playoffs. Do they sting B'East here? I can see it, but we're reaching the part of the year where pedigree really begins to matter and the Spartans have it whereas G-Town hasn't since Datka retired.

West Allis Hale at Marquette - Conditions and Germantown's defense made it tough on Marquette last week and you just wonder how that will factor in come playoff time. Marquette's chances at a playoff run are wholly dependent on matchups this year. For this week though, it won't matter barring Gael-force winds and gripping cold. Hale/Central 10th game? Hale would win, but I don't see any reasons not to give the people a taste of the only competitive game either will have next year (barring smart non-conference scheduling).

Sussex Hamilton at Menomonee Falls - Falls has not looked sharp since The Sitting. I wonder truly how much that affected the team's mojo or if the reality is there isn't a whole lot separating the top four in this conference and early results can just be chalked up to "on any given night." Hamilton would love nothing better than to steal a playoff spot and take a share of the conference crown from a rival, but I haven't seen anything from them that indicates they will. Disappointing year in Charger-land.

Wauwatosa East at Oconomowoc - Cooney had a quietly decent year all things considered and they get to go out on a high note against a Tosa East team who can't wait for next August and the chance to get some competitive games.

Brookfield Central at Wauwatosa West - Tosa West will keep this tight, but the Lancers should prevail here...and perhaps win the conference outright? How did this happen? Anyone else not sure what to make of the GMC teams playoff chances like I am? Very convoluted league this year.

Germantown at Brookfield East - When I watched a generally small East team early in the season, I had a hunch that no team would run the table in the GMC this year. East is good but they’re not state-title good, and given their one-man offense and lack of size I can’t take Germantown lightly here. Shutting down Hunt is easier said than done, but the Warhawks’ D is capable. This one should be close.

West Allis Wolverines at Marquette - The Hilltoppers are only as dangerous as people think when they’re clicking on all cylinders, and somehow that has eluded them for long stretches of this season. Hale gives them a chance to keep building toward a playoff run, but they will need to avoid false confidence from what they do in this final home game.

Sussex Hamilton at Menomonee Falls - If this game had been played in Week 1, I would have picked Hamilton and I think a lot of people would’ve done the same. Today Falls is favored but if there were ever a game for Damato’s bunch to realize their potential, it’s this one. Rivalry. Playoffs on the line. Funny things can happen at times like these.

Wauwatosa East at Oconomowoc

Brookfield Central at Wauwatosa West - BC will at worst win a share of the conference title if they take care of business here, which all things considered is the best result a former Kennedy school has ever achieved in their first year post-Jed. With Lampkin as their go-to, they and East are almost mirror images of one another, and I think a lot of people would love to see a rematch in the postseason.

Germantown at Brookfield East: Probably one of the more closer matchups in the conference slate this week. B'East's offense will be the difference here.

West Allis Hale at Marquette: Marquette has found the playoffs after a 0-3 start to the season. Nice bounceback from that. Hale you really need to stop giving this alum false hope especially after dropping a very winnable game against South last week. Also just schedule WAC for a 10th game will ya?

Sussex Hamilton at Menomonee Falls: I see this as a possible upset game for Falls. However I never got a good enough read on SH to give me full confidence in them here.

Wauwatosa East at Oconomowoc: East you are off to the Woodland.

Brookfield Central at Wauwatosa West: BC wins one running away and could be in the discussion for a one seed in D2.
