West Allis Hale at Wauwatosa East - Neither team has shown much thus far, and as expected this will be the battle for the cellar. I guess East has shown more offensively thus far, so I will take the Red Raiders.

Germantown at Brookfield Central - I'm a bit surprised by Germantown's below averageness, and you have to wonder if getting fat on also-rans in the final years of their NSC tenure was just masking the decline. Speaking of decline, it isn't steep, but BC is lacking that edge, choosing a far more workmanlike way of racking up Was.

Brookfield East at Menomonee Falls - Perhaps Davis' injury a year ago was a blessing in disguise as all those lumps taken are paying dividends in 2019. This has a chance to be real good. Unsure of McGath's status, but I'm banking on that Spartan D and Hunt's ability to turn nothing into an 80-yard score in the blink of an eye.

Sussex Hamilton at Mukwonago - Sussex has hung with everyone they've played, good or bad, but my sense is this team is middle of the road in the GMC...which is still pretty good, but it's not upper echelon C8, which seems to be where Muk-town is trending. They still run a fair amount, but holy heck, 15 years ago this would have been a 'bone lovers Super Bowl.

Marquette at Wauwatosa West - Marquette got their swagger back a year ago by riding a stout running game and using their passing attack as a compliment. Fast forward to 2019 and the Hilltoppers are going 16 for 49 through the air and averaging 2 yards a carry while the Falls bebops and scats all over a suddenly Swiss Cheese defense. It's jarring. TW has been steady if unspectacular. Steady probably won't be enough here, but something a little better than steady might have MUHS sweating.

West Allis Hale at Wauwatosa East - I have no idea how this game will work out.

Germantown at Brookfield Central - BC showed that they remain good enough to beat a decent Hamilton squad at the very least, so they should take care of business here.

Brookfield East at Menomonee Falls - I felt after week one that the GMC league champion would be a one- or two-loss team, and I haven't seen anything yet to change my mind. It could be East but I'm just not sold on them outside of Hunt and big #76. If Falls can win this one they will really start to believe in themselves, and I'll take them here, even if it seriously threatens my earlier read on things.

Sussex Hamilton at Mukwonago - Mukwonago hung with Memorial. Hamilton lost to BC, which couldn't hang with Memorial. Transitive property says Mukwonago wins.

Marquette at Wauwatosa West - You have to wonder what's wrong with the Hilltoppers. Did the tight loss to Muskego bang them up physically? Are the new faces on offense not up to the task? Or is it something else? Regardless, they have too much talent not to start a run right here at the typically-weak D1 field... don't they?

Brookfield East
at Menomonee Falls
Love Donovan Hunt’s game. He’s carrying them offensively so far and keeping him rolling appears to be recipe for success. I mentioned it the beginning of the season that Falls had athletes and that they could compete with the top half of the league. They have dawgs and they’re afraid of anyone in the GMC. Interested to see how this turns out.

Sussex Hamilton at Mukwonago
MUK is tough and looked like the best team in Wisconsin for a quarter of their game last week against CMH.

Marquette at Wautwatosa West
Wondering if Marquette goes 0-4 will they still be ranked top ten in the area?

West Allis Hale at Wauwatosa East: I can never bring thy self to pick Tosa East against Hale in Football. To be honest Hale has shown a bit more than East.

Germantown at Brookfield Central: The Lampkin Express keeps on chugging here.

Brookfield East at Menomonee Falls: This could be a good indicator on both teams.

Sussex Hamilton at Mukwonago: Same applies here. SH kept BC off kilter for a half before Lampkin took over the game.

Marquette at Wautwatosa West: If MUHS goes 0-4.....How much of the Scoreboard/Coaches Show could be dedicated to this.
