As of today, 3/26/19, studying the 2019 schedule, I predict an 8-4 or 7-5 regular-season record.

A home loss to Michigan.  Road losses to South Florida, Ohio St, Nebraska and possibly Minnesota.

Home wins vs Central Michigan, Northwestern, Kent St, Michigan St, Iowa & Purdue.  Also, a road win at Illinois.

Lots of personnel changes are in store, but the cupboard is not bare.  On offense, the O-line will feature 2 new guards.  2018 part-time starters, Logan Bruss & Cole Van Lanen, return at the tackles.  All-Big 10 center, Tyler Biadasz returns at center. Bradrick Shaw should return from injury to back up Jonathan Taylor. The top 4 WR's, Jack Dunn, A.J.Taylor, Kendrick Pryor and suspended WR Quintez Cephus' personal photographer, Danny Davis, return. Tight end Jake Ferguson, who had a break-out season in 2018, returns. The quarterback position is the most glaring question mark and the answer is arguably the key to the team's success in the 2019 season.

Defensively, defensive ends Garrett Rand and Isaiahh Loudermilk look to return from 2018 injuries to anchor the D-line.  The Badger coaching staff is very excited about sophomore nose tackle Bryson Williams, an Olive Sagapolu protoge'.   The Badgers must replace 3 out of the 4 linebacker positions from 2018.  Zach Baun is the only returning LB.  Four safeties who started at least one game in 2018 return.  And seven cornerbacks, who also started at least 1 game in 2018, return.  Special Teams remain a work in progress, although specialists Anthony Lotti & Connor Allen return.

I will say 9 wins. They wont lose on the road at South Florida, but will lose at OSU and at home to Mich. I see them getting revenge on Minnesota but falling at Nebraska.

The Badgers play Notre Dame in 2020 and in 2021.

The games will be played at Lambeau Field (10/3/20) and Soldiers Field (9/25/21).
