9 of 16 finalists with 6 of 7 champions left. Not mad about it considering I no longer live in Wisconsin and all my info used to make picks came from forums and team history.

Considering I have 24 of 28 semi-finalists right, I'm surprised I'm not a little higher actually. 8-Man took a toll on me for sure.

What exactly are you appealing?  You selected Eisenhower in D3....It's not like it was some sort of accident because you selected Eisenhower again in the final.  You could have easily caught that, deleted your bracket, then selected Catholic Memorial before the tournament started.   You even stated on the facebook live event you kept going back and forth on Eisenhower/Catholic Memorial.   I wish I had a mulligan with a few of my picks too....but I don't.

I picked Eisenhower initially but then changed to CMH winning it all as you can see on the Staff Picks and in the pre-state podcast. Forgot to update on the brackets.

I did see the staff picks.  You forgot, that's on you then....I initially had Racine Lutheran in the state final and switched it to Mineral Point, should i appeal that? No, because it's my fault for making that selection.  I find it odd that you bring this up now after Eisenhower was defeated, you updated your score round by round and you knew you had Eisenhower.  I highly doubt you would have even mentioned anything if Eisenhower would have won last Friday, you would have kept the points

I didn't look at what the round by round picks were as I was updating scores. Didn't realize it until I saw I had been 3rd in D3 and then thought I had both state final picks right but went down. My legal representatives have advised me not to comment further during the appeals process. However, I'm not saying I have a brief ready to be filed with the United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, but I'm not saying I don't either.

I'd buy this excuse it if it was someone using bracketmaker for the first time.  Your predicted state champion is listed directly to the right of your score.  You managed to post your placing(every time amped updated it), your score(every time amped updated it), but missed seeing you selected Eisenhower as your predicted state champion every single round, even though it was staring you right in the face?  Not buying that, you have been using bracketmaker for years and you're smart.  I have a feeling you wouldn't have been "appealing" anything if Eisenhower won last week.  FYI, I do believe you intended to go with Catholic Memorial in the end and forgot to redo your bracket.  The rest of it doesn't pass the smell test for me.

I didn't have the strongest state finals/semi-final round.  Good score, but i'm sure a number of people have a better score than me.
