D.C. Everest at Appleton East - East may be 2-1 but they are still a mystery to me. DCE is really struggling. Going with home team.

Stevens Point at Appleton North- This is a must win game for the Panthers if they want any shot of claiming the FVA West. North lost failrly handidly to FOndy last week. Toss up here, but I think Spash wins late.

Kaukauna at Marshfield - Ghosts are surprising a lot of people this season especially on offense. They could easily be going for a 3-1 start, but I think they will take the 2-1 conference start instead.

Wisconsin Rapids at Neenah - Rapids has proven to be the team to beat in the VFA West. Neenah a nice rebound win after falling to north. Could go either way, but I like the Rapids offense a bit more.

Hortonville at Wausau West - After getting upset by Kaukauna in week 2, the Polar Bears struggled once again last week to put away the TIgers. Fortunately for them, the Warriors are really down this season.

Oshkosh West at Kimberly - For the first time all season Kimberly gets a running clock and can rest a few players

Appleton West at Oshkosh North - It is going to be a long year for the Spartans. That North West game this season may be their lone win.

Fond Du Lac at Menominee (MI) - Menominee continues to make their rounds against Wisconsin teams. After an exciting win against Kaukauna last week, they get roasted this week.

As for the VFA West, not sure any of those schools make the playoffs if WE stays and the VFA stays as 2 divisions.

Rapids would Blade, and so would Spash. If you have the two divisions, Marshfiled, Oshkosh West Oshkosh North are three guaranteed conference wins meaning you only need to win one more game.

I don't recall how they are determining what is a conf game this year. Do all the VFA opponents count as conf games this year? SPASH may have some work to do if they all count.

They have their four divisional games, and then four cross over games that count as conference games for a total of eight conference games. Rapids will for sure get in and SPASH too. they should beat Marshfield DCE and Wausau to earn three conference wins. They would only need to win one more to get in. Rapids will be fine. If they had the standard two divisions like they have had, Rapids and Spash would be only two WVA schools to make it.

It's definitely possible that no teams from the VFA West make the playoffs but its very unlikely. By virtue of playing each other they're going to pick up wins which leaves some room for error.

WR looks like the best team in a the West and certainly a playoff team. I'd have to take a look at SP's schedule to judge whether or not they have a shot of making it. If they have a game against ON on the schedule that will certainly help.
