D1

Marquette at Kimberly - Marquette's offense is pretty good with Horning, but man, oh, man, OW couldn't defend the pass to save their life. That isn't a problem for Kimberly. Marquette's defense is undersized...which also doesn't bod well against Kimberly. If MUHS has another slow start, there definitely won't be any coming back from it this time.

D2

Greenfield at Brookfield Central - BC rested their guys and let the JV handle the second half in Level 1. Even if they hadn't it wouldn't matter because Greenfield is nowhere near their level.

Brookfield East at Homestead - I would anticipate a competitive battle here, but this does not strike me as a real good Homestead team at all...and the NSC as a whole is looking real suspect.

Marquette at Kimberly - I was at the Marquette game as well. West played them mostly in man with occasional help over Thompson, leaving the opposite X or Z one-on-one with a smaller CB all night. I told my kids that was a recipe for disaster the moment we saw it, never mind OW was up early. Horning and Marquette's outside guys ate that up, and the few times West went to Cover 2 they hit a TE down the seam. This offense is humming, and love 'em or hate 'em, MUHS is one school that won't be intimidated by Kimberly's mystique.  If Marquette's improved line can keep the QB clean, this game could turn into another shootout between these two teams. I think the play up front will determine a lot.

D2

Greenfield at Brookfield Central - Next!

Brookfield East at Homestead - This could be another really compelling matchup. A couple of well-coached, smashmouth style teams... would love to be on the sideline for this one!

Marquette at Kimberly: MUHS has to play a lot better on D if they want to hang with Kimberly here.

D2

Greenfield at Brookfield Central: This will probably be a running clock before halftime.

Brookfield East at Homestead: This will be an interesting game. This is obviously not the best Homestead crew in some time but you know Keel will have this team ready for a war.
